Nikki Paehlig Wesdorp
Head of Finance
Nikki works for Excite Hotels in the role of Head of Finance and is responsible for all financial and human resources matters. She has earned her spurs at several hotels, including Postillion Hotels and Palace Hotel Noordwijk where she gained a lot of relevant experience in various positions.
Stefanie Bolk
Head of Operations
Stefanie has a lot of experience in managing boutique hotels in the Randstad (such as Mother Goose, College Hotel and The Nox), is the link between Excite Hotels headquarters and the day-to-day operations of the hotels.
Roan van Marrewijk Head of Revenue
As Head of Revenue, Roan is responsible with his team of specialists for the revenue management of our Excite Hotels. His expertise is in optimising occupancy rates of our hotels and achieving maximum ADR. With Roan, we know how to set up an optimal distribution strategy. distribution strategy.
Laurie v/D Baan
HR & Office manager
When it comes to people, you can count on Laurie. This always cheerful lady is responsible for the HR policy. For instance Laurie selects the right candidates for our hotels and arranges all arranges all employment contracts.
Mike Roefs
Head of Marketing
In January 2022, Mike started as Head of Marketing. With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the hospitality sector, Mike is responsible for our websites, social media and the appearance in all our hotels. His speciality is optimising the conversion of our own website, making us less dependent on parties such as Booking.com or Expedia.
Rémon de Korte
Head of Strategy
Long term vision and always on the look out for new hotel opportunities. Rémon is responsible for the strategy and innovation with Excite Hotels. Rémon has a background in revenue and project management, making him a very valuable asset to our young and ambitious team.

Albert Kreeft
Albert, owner of IFHG - the largest revenue management agency in the Netherlands - has been working in Hotel Revenue Management for over 12 years and in recent years has expanded his consultancy business in Revenue Management to over 60 hotels in the Benelux. These 60 hotels are advised daily in their pricing strategies to maximise returns.
David Reinders Folmer
Since 2011, David has been running Urban Residences Rotterdam and Maastricht, two modern Apartment Hotels in the heart of the city with a total of 100 luxury flats. These are rented out to tourists and expats, achieving exceptionally high occupancy rates for years and rated by guests with a generous 9 on platforms such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
